Due to the nature of physical books, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us at tamfromoz@yahoo.com.au within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right.

We take great care in packaging every order, but if something goes wrong in transit, we're here to help.
